All staff were extremely attentive and helpful. I do find it quite strange that i could not make a minor change to the travel policy. I was told it had to be cancelled and I had to take a new one out. Fortunately, the refund was immediate.

I only bought insurance for our kids, I have happily traveled extensively without it.
Since we didn't have any incidents we never got to see if WAS actually paid out, but their premiums were vastly cheaper than most other quotes.

Very competitive pricing with policies that included all the essentials and more. Was easy to navigate the website and find all the information we needed.
Thankfully we didn't need to claim anything but trust that if we did, it would have been easy to do so.

There were few clauses in the PDF requiring clarification. Upon contacting WIS by telephone the call was answered very quickly. The employee was able clarify my queries very soundly, obviously had a good knowledge of product and very easy to converse with. He provided his details should any issues arise from insuring with the company where I clarified clauses. The company is Australian owned, and the policy pricing is extremely competitive. Highly recommended.

Very easy to process everything through this web site.
I could change cover amounts for several items like cancellation $$ and see the quote change immediately and was able to choose exactly the cover I wanted. The Policy Docs seem comprehensive and easy to read.

Our policies will generally become cheaper the closer you are to your departure date.
We see there is less risk of a need to cancel, and we pass this saving on to our customers.
